§ 82-54. Finding and scope.

(a)

It is the finding of the county board of commissioners that all citizens and businesses within unincorporated Gwinnett County contribute to solid waste production and shall therefore be governed as herein described as a part of the overall county solid waste and recovered materials management system.

(b)

This article shall apply to all lands and premises in unincorporated Gwinnett County, Georgia, which are governed by the county board of commissioners.

(c)

Provisions of this article shall apply to all persons engaged in residential solid waste collection and disposal, commercial solid waste collection and disposal, and C&D waste collection and disposal.
