§ 82-29. Provision of litter receptacles.

(a)

All commercial businesses and institutions patronized by the public shall place and maintain on the exterior of their premises in places easily accessible by the public receptacles for the deposit of litter at appropriate locations where the property is frequented by the public and to post signs directing people to the receptacles.

(b)

All owners of commercial property located in overlay districts shall regularly maintain and empty the litter receptacles located on the public right-of-way adjacent to their property.
