§ 70-3. Penalties for violation of chapter.

(a)

Any person found to have violated any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine and/or imprisonment in accordance with the maximum limits established in O.C.G.A. § 36-1-20.

(b)

Any person convicted of a violation of this chapter may further be denied any park permit or other permission to utilize the facilities of any park or recreation facility for a period of 60 days following such conviction.
